I’m not an athlete. Is this going to be too intense?

No. Every fitness session is adapted to your current level. You’re not being pushed to keep up with someone else’s baseline. Alan has worked with men who couldn’t walk a mile without pain, and men who were already active. The starting point is always yours.

I’ve tried programs before and they didn’t stick. Why is this different?

Most programs give you a plan. This one gives you a system — and teaches you why habits form and fail at the neurological level. The problem usually isn’t motivation or discipline. It’s environment design and habit architecture. That’s what we fix.

What if I have injuries or chronic pain?

This is specifically designed for men dealing with exactly that. Alan rebuilt his own health while managing back, knee, hip, and ankle issues simultaneously. All movement is modified accordingly. The retreat is not about pushing through pain — it’s about working intelligently within your current reality.

What does a typical day actually look like?

Early morning movement session, mid-morning workbook and coaching session, afternoon workshop, time in the afternoon for rest or an organized Costa Rica experience (beach, waterfall, plantation tour), evening meal and group debrief. You’re active and engaged — but there’s breathing room built in.

Can I come alone, or do I need to bring a partner?

Most men come alone. You’ll leave with a group of like-minded men who understand exactly what you’re building. That shared context becomes one of the most valuable parts of the experience.

What happens after the retreat?

You have a 30-day follow-up call with Alan. You also join the Rewire Reset alumni community — a private group of men from past retreats who are holding each other accountable to the systems they built.

Is $8,500 the full cost?
